About Me

When my mother died, I was only 24 years old.

My father and sister were struggling with alcoholism, and I was alone, desperate, I had decided that nothing made any sense anymore.

It felt like the world was against me.

No matter how much I fought, I always lost.

I was devastated and hopeless.

And it was precisely in that desperation that I found the courage to ask for help.

I started attending groups for family members of alcoholics. They were not doctors, nor therapists.

They were ordinary people, with an extraordinary heart and a light in their eyes that put me at ease, made me feel safe.

They really listened to me, and with a few words they gave me a truth that would change my life forever:

We cannot change others. We cannot change events.

What we can change, is ourselves.

So I stopped wanting to control everything.

I let go of what did not depend on me, and I started to focus on myself.

That choice changed everything.

My growth journey started there.. and it never stopped.

Because personal growth is a journey that never ends, and that has saved me in every phase of my life.

Today I guide extraordinary women like you to free themselves from the sense of guilt that keeps them anchored to the ground, to live the life they deserve: light, authentic, free.
